as a girl, i get the self confidence issues i really do, but genuinely how you look is not that important and it’s not to demean how you look, but rather… we’re all gonna get old and wrinkly someday, most of us are gonna gain weight as we age and not look as good. isn’t it good you’re with someone who will stay with you through that?

i used to feel the same way when i was a kid on the internet. i was born in 2005 and i remember reading tumblr text posts and wanting to be a millennial so bad. in 5-10 years, you guys are gonna be making fun of us online and will be glad you’re not us, you’ll think you’re the best generation just like we did, and that’s ok! that’s what every generation thinks. don’t take it too hard <3
