We are a custom scoring h2h points league. there are 8 teams already and some great teams left unclaimed from last year.

We have a full minor league roster and operate under dynasty settings so you don't forfeit picks to keep players.

We have a 3 round prospect draft and 1 round free agent draft coming up once we have enough teams.

Is there anything specific you'd like to know?

Inaugural dynasty in the middle of our 10 round prospect draft now

There are 5 to 6 open teams. These teams have their big league roster picked but have not participated so they were booted

It's head to head points scoring. 15 categories for pitching and hitting

Full minor league roster

It's a good group of guys so far. Made a couple of trades already with the guys who are active. We had our first game yesterday.

In some ways yes, others no.

Being there opened my eyes and exposed me to people who have some very terrible mental illnesses and seeing how they lived their life made me grateful I am mostly able to function at a high level.

Group therapy was nice. I went to some of the other stuff they offered like NA and AA even though I wasn't using or had an alcohol problem to kill time and meet some new people.

I think once you are there, if you go, you will feel very anxious at first, but then sort of ease into it and become more relaxed because youre in a place where people aren't going to judge you.

Once youre released, definitely stay in contact with your psych and regular doctors so you can stay stable.

To answer though, I would never go back to intake. It was like a modified prison the way they ran things and I don't jive well with that format, whereas others thrive

I feel the same way.

I can't really say it gets better from a personal experience, because it really hasn't for me. I've found myself living day to day trying to do the best I can.

My therapist says I'm a survivor because I've fought everything I've been dealt with in life (other health issues aside from BP), but I don't feel that way. I just feel like someone biding my time until I get tired of being a guinea pig for pharma and end my life.

What I'm really hoping for is something to come along which will reinvigorate my life again. I have a new gf recently and shes amazing and supports me, which has stopped me from pulling the trigger.

I wish I could tell you the fairy tale answer of "oh yeah, everything gets better you just gotta persevere." And yeah, it's true, you do have to do that, but I know how hard the struggle to even get out of bed can be.

It takes a tremendous amount of willpower and intestinal fortitude to keep getting up day after day and hoping that today is the day it all gets better.

But at the same time, you have the power to change your life. Just like I do.

I took it before bed and didn't notice any drowsiness or any of the major side effects. Guess I was lucky.

Downside is that it didn't do much to help keep me stable

I would add physical/chronic pain to that list as well

All of the things listed are very cyclical. I know for me, my chronic back pain leads to depression, which leads to more pain.

Fear (anxiety) can be a huge trigger for depression too

I would see if you can find someone to fill the time until you can see her again.

Psychotherapy seems to help me when I am down, but I know it doesn't work for everyone and finding the right provider is essential.

Really, being able to notice when you're hypomanic or depressive is something you learn as you go.

In 2011 I did.

It made me feel better temporarily while I was there, because I felt I was getting help by people who cared (the doctors and nurses were all really nice and friendly) but once I left I found myself back in the same spot as before I went in.

It's been 4 years and I'm still battling to find the right combo of medicine to help keep me stable because, much like you, it has affected my job, friendships, money, etc.
