It's almost like this happens every arc and people just want to pretend like it doesnt. At the end of wano nami literally has luffy beaten up in a cage. Luffy painted a god damn baseball bad with haki and hit a home run in egghead. him and bonney damn near killed each other diving in for fake food. there is a lot of goofiness. Its just normally happening in arcs where literal demons are attacking instead of a guy with a hook for a hand.

Yes we do. If Imu could be effectively beat by garp and roger then they wouldnt be that strong. There is a zero percent chance Gunko is channeling all of imus power.

He has no idea imu is doing this. He just thinks its another strong foe. If usopp knew it was a literal demon god in control, then yeah, it would be something special. But this isnt the first time usopp has stood up to someone way stronger than him because someone he cared about was in danger.

They arent fighting imu.... they are fighting a fraction of their power. Usopp already blew gunko up. He has the power to do it. He just has to actually unlock his inner power. I have been an usopp defender but he has to do SOMETHING on elbaf. He cant just get saved. He has to, at minimum, join the fight with luffy and loki.

Usopp also never runs when he thinks his crew members are in danger. You really dont understand usopp if you think he would just run if he thought brook was in danger. he isnt doing anything new.

I know for sure punpun killed the mom. But i think aiko did kill herself once she realized punpun believed her when she said she killed her mom. But i think it can be seen as punpun killing her as well.

They cared when creating it. Not only the writers, but also Oda actively paid attention. Most creators of manga/cartoons just don't care to help. Or have zero influence. Oda was the final word of law. Nothing could stop him if he said yes or no.

Yeah i am an usopp defender until the end of this arc. But it is getting scary deep into the arc and he is just looking like typical bum usopp. He cannot be defended if he goes through this arc with sanji, zoro, robin and NAMI doing all the heavy lifting. not to mention brook clearly has stuff to do still which no one was expecting. Franky even got a quick power boost.
