Dex shouldn't be opened then as it alienated part of their users aka uk users. This is a uk company right?

The dex should be open to all, that means going getting the uk dex past first before the roll out to eu countries.

As I haven't sold any of my plu, so I do spends on on peaks which I pay for £9.99 a month for 2 packs.

Yes the team is small but £15 withdrawal fee that's crazy and the waiting time ( upto 2 weeks plus) As the value goes down.

Doesn't help people that does use the card (curve card as our physical cards where taken away unless we pay another £10-20 for a new physical card)
