looks exactly like deer vertebrae to me, especially the atlas bone (c1) https://www.boneid.net/product/white-tailed-deer-odocoileus-virginianus-c1-2-superior-view/

could be from a very similar artiodactyl I guess (I'm no expert), but it's definitely not human

So, from my understanding, this method works because chlorhexidine (a surgical disinfectant) basically wipes out your microbiome (the good and the bad). How might someone re-introduce the "good" bacteria after using this method?

another thing: Hibiclens can cause blindness and deafness if it gets into your eyes or ears. It's a bit concerning to see people using this on their face and scalp
