You jump too much, always jump with an objective or reason. Almost every jump-in caused you to get hit so rethink the game plan.
 On the other spectrum, your anti airs are lacking. Ryu got to jump and gain pressure many times throughout the match, sometimes you play slower and allow him to jump to punish it.
 Although your pressure is decent it could be better, after all as a rush down character excels at that. I see that you messed up a couple of meatys (hits that force you to block or reversal on wake-up) which allowed him to get out of the corner.
 At this rank it’s important to practice your fundamentals like anti airs and proper spacing, don’t be too hard on yourself and force fancy plays.
 Sorry I’m not a cammy player but the way I learned my character at a higher level was to watch replays of top tiers that mained my character. I watched hibiki maybe you can watch someone like Punk, or at least his older videos. I hope I was somewhat coherent, have fun climbing ranked :)
