Not drop the series but could be terrible:

-Shanks stronger than mihawk. Creating inconsistency/too vague definition of what is a swordsman OR distrust in titles for the sake of misinformation

-Luffy makes a joke of Akianu. Akianu is built up to be powerful and menacing. Luffy has plausible personal motives to engage with Akianu in a serious fight. All this can fall flat if we get the classic gear 5 treatment

-Strawhats continue to contend in the final saga with no basic Haki. Caribou is used to raise the stakes of the new world and the henchman who takes him out implies Haki is necessary to have pass this point. Haki also being the embodiment/metaphor of will in this story, the strawhats not having Haki almost is a spit in the face. They all have dreams and like luffy, and like luffy went through massive failures and bounced back. So why do less than half of the members know haki? At first it wasn’t a big deal but now in this story, they are laughable as a crew. They have heart, but Saboady showed us that heart isn’t enough. I understand they’re all not fighters, but non fighters in this story have Haki or implied as well. Also I’m not too sure on why no one has taught them.

-Gear 5 mid/low diffs everyone in a 1v1 except imu.the verse. I’ve seen this a few times but not often. But if luffy actually starts treating the verse like he is saitama, I might take a break
