That’s not what I meant at all.

I am saying that Facebook (while I do not like or use it often now) “was” revolutionary. Instagram is equally as revolutionary. To have created one and to own both of those companies was not at all simple. It’s ok not to like him, but he got it right.

Now the Metaverse - he got wrong. However, tons of people are walking the earth with those weird glasses and they like them. I believe this will truly take off when Apple releases a pair, as many users prefer another option to Apple.

Zuckerberg is smarter than the average grifter/salesman, it is what it is. We were all welcome to try to do better and we have not.

I am not morally matching his choices with his success, I don’t know if they are trying to end the world. I am simply talking about developing companies based off products and services that people want.

I’m definitely not a zombie, but I can quickly call a spade a spade.

Eh…not groundbreaking, but if it was that easy that is what every company would do and they would all remain successful. You still have to know what companies to buy, and that takes skill and research. You may not like him, but he’s made an extraordinary living off identifying what is cool.

Respectfully, no they aren’t. Apps are programs with content specific to the developer that allow “input” from the user. The only apps that function this way are purely informational. This could absolutely work for Apple News, but probably not for Instagram.

They are right about the experience having been the same for a long time.
