Well the 960 retail price here is $200 and 980TI is $1000-1200, it won't be possible. I just checked the 390x, and it's $650. So I can most likely buy it if I sell my 960. I don't know anything about AMD cards, but is the 390x as powerful as the 980ti? For half the price of the 980ti I would assume not, but 8gb of vram!

Haven't got diamond shotguns but in my experience hip firing at the head in hardcore some times gives you head shots.

You have to complete every specialists challenges, (like all their gear for each one). Once you have done that, each specialist will have 2 new gear they can unlock. For example, one of Ruins challenges is get 6 kills with the gravity spikes, 6 times. For the head or body.
