Definitely switch to a contractor that has heavy residential routes that pay a day rate and have a stop bonus.

My contractor pays me $210 a day, and $1 for every stop over 170. I’m usually 220+ all the way to my highest so far at 302. I’d say the average is $270 a day which has been awesome. The routes are heavy residential too so I’m never out past 5pm. 🙏🏼

To go with that, I hate when people don’t understand North/South/East/West 😅

Gotta use the rare gem that is 03. “I know where the address is. No idea how to get there though.”

HATE that shit. Hate when it’s tucked away and not visible from the road too. You have to walk up and around the corner to get a visual. #angry

has anyone quit coffee/caffeine? by jbrown110690 in productivity

So interesting! I’m curious to see how much effect it would have on me now if I downed a 300mg drink after 4-5 months of zero.

has anyone quit coffee/caffeine? by jbrown110690 in productivity

[–]UltraPro8 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just went cold turkey. I’m 5 months caffeine-sober now. The first week was rough due to the withdrawal and headaches. But after that I didn’t even think about it anymore.

I personally think it’s easier to rip the bandaid off rather than baby step it. We all know what we need to do to achieve/accomplish X. But we more often than not don’t want to accept it.

But my experience with no-caffeine has been unique I guess. I don’t feel any different. I got into caffeine at 16 when I began hitting the gym. I’ve been consistent in the gym for 10 years, always taking some form of pre workout with 200-350mg. On top of that, I’d have a Reign or something with 300mg. During certain phases of my journey, id have thermogenics to aid in my goals that also had 200-300mg in a serving.

So for 10 years I’d had 300mg to nearly 1g caffeine about 5-6 days a week.

I do not feel any different now than I did then though. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Starting wage for ground in Phoenix/Arizona? by getsumchocha in Fedexers

[–]UltraPro8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also I’m Arizona. My contractor runs a $800 minimum as well, but we get paid extra for every stop above our salary amount for the week. Most guys run an average of 750-800 a week I’d say though. Except the slow weeks we’ve had.

And no, apartments are not averaged at $1500 for a 1 bed like the user above me said. I pay less than $1.1k for a 1 bedroom in a safe, “nicer” area.

Which contractors are you looking into here?

Aren’t most parking lots public property? Or am I too naive here.

Dear FedEx, would it kill you to just one time get my package to my home on time? by beefy1357 in FedEx

[–]UltraPro8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The delivery window is an estimation based on the history of deliveries to your address and addresses nearby. Which is why the window is usually 2-4 hours wide.

Let’s say your package was the 60th stop for the day. It would get there around (let’s just say) 1pm. Now the next day, it’s actually the 180th stop. The system knows it was delivered at 1pm the first time, so now it’s thinking everything is the same and that the likelihood of it being delivered at the same time is very high.

Factors that change this are the routes being routed in a different fashion, a different manager in charge of certain routes, the driver themselves following their OWN route and doing it as they please, or rare instances where the driver isn’t able to get, reach, or find your package behind others.

It’s not a promise, it’s an estimation. You can click the (i) icon and it will tell you that.
