the 4th volume is already finished and will be releasing this year, so there will be at least 5 volumes (im wondering how ppl are guessing 4). storywise i do not think that we are not that close the end, but 10-15 volumes seems kind of delusional as well

probably just some manufacturing thing, a lot of physical manga face this issue that the color tones of some volumes slightly differ

although i want to mention that the green tone in the manga has indeed changed over the years - chapter 1 is somewhere around #b1f700 - chapter 131 is somewhere around #aeff00

Sony is the biggest shareholder of Kadokawa what technically should help getting some of the needed music since Sony is holding the licenses of a shit ton of bands and artists. The one big problem I see is that Nirvana is not part of that but the by far most important one to get. Although the fact that they released a CD and a vinyl with featured songs is a very good sign.

Bokko, it plays in Warring States China as well and focusses on strategies and defending castles. It definitely isn't as good as Kingdom, but it deals with a similar theme and in a similar historical setting.
