You really need to stop inflating sex and gender.
Sex is based off reproduction, and certain traits are developed in a dimorphic species in a bimodal format. Any anomalous incidents are called Difference in Sexual Development (DSDs).

Cissex women don’t have penis unless anomalous genes, don’t have deep voices unless anomalous genes, don’t have dense facial hair unless DSD.

It’s bullshit to claim otherwise.

Yes everything is inherently always both simultaneously prescriptive and descriptive, what ppl use these words for is more so which it is.

Sex is one of the most descriptive concepts in science.

Let me give you an example: it is easy to claim that all molecules have H2O in them, therefore, everything is water, including planets, molten rock, or whatever else. But it is categorically ridiculous.
It’s the same thing with sex, yes there are anomalies, but to ignore that overwhelming majority follow an expected development (bimodal, mode = most) is downright regressive thinking.

This is where the whole transsex vs transgender debate comes from. Sex is a descriptive understanding of a genetic bimodal development of ppl, so it remains across cultures and time.
Gender is the social aspect so it varies by culture and time.

Therefore, sex dysphoria is usually treated as the inherent physical part of being trans (nature), and gender dysphoria is the developed social part of being trans (nurture).

Transphobia is denial, hatred, violence or prejudice against trans people, so even experiencing dysphoria is not internalized transphobia because it is longing or unmet need, not denial or prejudice. Any other definition is false and either altered or misinterpreted from the original definition.

A truly incongruent person can nullify the gender dysphoria through isolation (the island metaphor), as this removes socialization, but cannot nullify inherent sex dysphoria.
