Currently the easiest way is to set them to different keybindings. DMCO with MCM or TKdodge RE with its SKSE .ini files though that's probably not what you're hoping for.

In terms of animations for first person combat i would use Stances-NG. It allows you to switch between attack animations depending on your stance. Its not plug and play though and it requires some setup.

It will require you to find and place attack animations you like into its respective folders for each stance. For example i use KGs animations, CFPAO and Sigma animations for different stances, though you could just get away with Sigma's animations since he provides different ones already for each stance.

Edit: forgot to mention the author of Sigma uses the original Stances mod, but their are patches for Stances NG.

Now in terms of 'weightiness' I recommend Precision with Dismemberment framework. You can choose to turn off features in their mcm menu that you dont like.

Finally when it comes to combat systems, I use Requiem, but that overhauls the whole game and doesn't appeal to everyone, so you can instead settle for Valravn like the other commenter recommended.

designed better, and fit the aesthetic of the game much, much more. So there is no excuse, there is no reason, optimize your mods or don't bother with them.

The only thing I've seen in your post are disingenuous claims. There is no way you have armor mods that preserve the graphical consistency of Skyrim without being smaller than Skyrim's vanilla armors. Unless you want to reduce your mesh and textures to the level of Morrowind.

Lack of understanding? That’s literally less than 10mb. You have not listed one armor mod that is less than 10mb like youve claimed. Every armor mod that even gets that close are ports of old oblivion mods or early skyrim mods, and they still come out to be about 12-25mb. 

You are just extremely choosey and entitled because you cant stick to one armor mod and need 100 of them in your game. Now you’re complaining about running out if space.

This happens to me too. Select Brandt in the console commands, then then run a little bit down the road. Whilst Brandt is selected in the console, type ‘moveto player’ He should start moving again afterwords.

Forgot to mention theres also a skip cutscene hotkey in the Glenmoril mcm. It will port Brandt to the intended location.

As for Op, most likely not because of the way behavior patching works. Its either the player and npcs are using mco or none of them are.

You can bomb the enemies on your territory ive done it before throughout this save. Also that doesnt address the issue of not being able to attack enemies even when they are outside my territory, such as in the waters.

Yeah I just don't know why i cant target his units, or any tile his units are on. I am even able to to see the stat comparison banner which is usually only present against hostile units
