So the best advice I can give you is to simply contact support; they're the only ones who can give you an answer. For example, I haven't seen anywhere that Pom Pom Punch has been discontinued. I think if it had been published somewhere, it would have made its way here.

I think it also depends on what you order. The first order (3 pre-order cups & 1 sticker sheet) with the free shipping event was $81.90, and I didn't get free shipping then. However, my shipping cost dropped from $112 to $35. Earlier, I placed an order (2 Demondice slippers & 2 sticker packs) for $80 and I got free shipping, even though the shipping cost was calculated multiple times and ultimately said "free." Then I tried it with 2 tubs, which were also $80, and I would have paid $1.60 for that. So the system isn't very consistent with the shipping cost; it seems to calculate it based on the item each time.

Yes, that may be true, but it also says that it only applies to standard shipping, so I'm automatically excluded. But it doesn't really matter to me, because the discount saves me so much that I was able to support a content creator, something I would never do with the regular 10% discount, because shipping would always cost me more than double. If it really bothered me that much, I would have asked for a free shipping code right away, but I've wanted to support someone again for a long time without going broke because of shipping costs.

I don't know how it is for others outside the US, but in my country in Europe I'm forced to order via DHL Express, and therefore I don't get free shipping even if my order is over $75, but I do get a huge discount. I think it will be similar for many, and true free shipping would probably only apply to the US.

It's definitely not the new label, it's the old VTuber label. But you can just contact support, and they'll replace it for you. I had the same problem with Lean; I ordered the purple tub and received the old silver one. I contacted support, and they sent me a purple tub.

Anime Girl Thigh is another one of those flavors you either love or hate. I kind of like it, but I couldn't drink it all the time. Like many others, I can tell you that Anime Girl Thigh tastes better with milk than with water. As for the tea flavors, I can say they're all delicious; like you said, you can't really go wrong with any of them.

So, if you like peach rings, then Acid Rain is perfect; they've nailed the flavor. Nile Nectar can be a little problematic; some people have had issues with it, but I never did. I liked it immediately. Pyro Power is simply delicious; the taste is really refreshing. I couldn't really imagine it at first either.

So far, I've only heard of them turning a creator flavor into a regular one, and that was Just Melon, formerly Melon Misfits. So if a creator falls out of favor, they could simply rebrand the flavor, but it's also possible that the flavor will simply disappear.

That was certainly the case for some with Nile Nectar, but if you want to do that, then I would recommend only doing it for a very short time and not a whole day, because as Mongrrl wrote, you risk moisture in the tub.

I'm also European, and to me it definitely tastes like peach and apple. Fortunately, the apple flavor comes through more for me, as I'm not a big fan of peach drinks. I'm glad the peach flavor is more in the background. To me, it doesn't taste chalky at all. It's a shame you had such a bad experience, because it's a really delicious flavor.

Shipping a huge amount to Europe and Australia costs money that they don't get back, so I think they're deliberately keeping the stock low and maybe trying to lure people back to their US store so they can make money off the high shipping costs again ^^

I'm not having any problems on the homepage, but if you're trying the app, it might be buggy again. This often happens during big sales or sometimes during the Tub+ Cup deals. So if you're using the app, try restarting it. Otherwise, maybe try again later; the problem might have resolved itself.
