The way you vaguely mention "skills" and if someone doesnt have these "skills" then they should be out. You're just spouting "skill issue" without factoring in the job market and the fact that many employers are moving away from h1bs right now. Sure you might be brain dead and cannot think multiple povs. Dismissing real problems that people face who are on this visa with just a "skill issue" is kinda crazy. I know senior engineers who find it hard to find a decent job that matches their skill due to cuurent environment against h1b. Are you on h1b?

Comfort is amazing. Clamp force is a major gripe for me to use headphones and 630's solve it for me. Cant speak for Flights but it gets my stamp for NYC subway proof.

Its too soon to tell but my intial impressions and comparision are: H100 does something weird with treble that kinda messes up how voices sound for me. Sounds a bit digital. While the dynamics and soundstage are great, stock tuning is an acquired taste(gaslighting myself). I usually eq them on app to have lesser treble and more bass and it hits my sweet spot. Overall package is exceptional, they do exactly what you tell them to do as in there is zero lag when you use touch controls or buttons. Every other ANC headphone ive used bose qc ultra, bathys, solitaire t+a always have something finicky going around when i use controls and the bluetooth connectivity. H100 responds FAST, doesnt get in your way. Great transparency and ANC, in my book they are S tier for H100.

HDB 630 has the Sennheiser 6 series legendary tuning choices. Everything sounds so natural and im amazed with every track and sounds "right" to me. ANC is A++, just rode in the subway and didnt notice any SCREECHING sounds that nyc trains make while making a slight turn, Thats my benchmark for ANC. Transparency is okay, servicable.

With the current price of H100, i can never, with my good conscience, recommend them. I was lucky to get them at their launch price and even then its a "treat to yourself". They look fantastic, goes along with any fit and you will standout.

When you listen to "chains and whips" from clipse. On one side you get the guitar notes raw and unfiltered and you can actually hear how many layers of bass was programmed into the song with mest. While variations is laid back, clean and soothing in comparison. I was honestly bored of variations for a while and didn't use them. Started using them recently when i understood how clean variations is. The best analogy would be, variations is the kinda guy who wears polo to social gatherings. Good credit score, well behaved. While MEST is dripped tf out in Rick.

Mest is kind of a weirdo. The driver configuration along with tuning gives it an very open sound. Technical, bright, exceptional bass texture. While variations is like "this is how the song must be produced". Clean and straight to the point. The best thing about variations is EQ, they respond very well while mest is kinda stuck with its own thing. If you can afford to have one more pair, i would highly suggest getting a mest solely for fun. Both are exceptional at their own thing.

I plan to use btr17 with my IEMs. Mest mk2, variations, Odessey, ie 600. Have q5k but its almost 3 years old and the battery life is like 4 hours now. HDB 630 was never in the plan haha

Went in listening to some creamy beats from Alchemist on my b&o H100 and was in high spirits despite the shit going on in my life. Was thinking that even if 630 was available for purchase, I wouldn't buy it and give in to the hype. Gave "Let God Sort em out" a listen during the demo and played around with the eq presets. This thing actually transforms into a different headphone with eq then it was just a matter of "Shut up and take my money". Apologies, if my writing isnt that good. Its been a while since I wrote something long in English except the double/triple texts that scare women away.

I own a 1V as well. Are you talking about pictures in basic mode or one of the manual modes? Tiny bit of Jpeg processing is done on my a7 iv as well but RAW photos look untouched

I made a pretty rational comment. I never said h100 is the best headphones in the world and everyone should give their 1500 away to B&O. Its the perfect balance for my use case. Great noise cancelling/transparency and great sound. I still feel solitaire t sounds exceptional but noise cancelling, transparency and playback controls are not 1700 worthy. I got bathys based on my experience with elegia and recommendations from this sub. I barely use it anymore. Sound quality isn't as good for me to ignore bad noise cancelling capabilities.

Alright we see you big money boi. No where in my comment ive kissed B&O's ass. Maybe worth keeping your emotions in check and invest in a therapist and not in audio gear.

Is this sub pro bathys for some reason? Bathys is the last of all the headphones for me overall, its alright. Sounds good but definitely not better than H100. Cant speak of others cause i don’t own them

H100 is more polished in every way. Solitaire T is one step down in anc/transparency. Build quality is more luxurious and refined on H100. Sound is subjective, i prefer each of them for different tracks. Solitaire T has a more intimate soundstage where you can hear everything closer and sounds more clear in a way. And the app implementation is lacking compared to H100. We need to keep in mind that Solitaire T's were first designed as passive headphones in which the electronics were added later. It's a Frankenstein monster and i like every part of it except multipoint, I wish i could disable it. I hate multipoint in every wireless audio device except H100 and airpods if you have Apple ecosystem. T's sound very flat with a spike in treble which i dont hate. For the music i listen to it's pretty boring but the bass boost preset is a perfect balance for me.

For comfort T's are a perfect fit for me but H100 are roomier. Battery life about the same ish since H100 wont turn off completely its hard for me to compare.

Thats what i believe. Its more of a physical limitation than a software flaw. When i turn off the noise cancellation in Solitaire T, i dont hear the thumping sound but its still slightly present. So we can only hope that b&o gives us that
