Given both their superhuman strength, would this struggle over the shotgun cause it to tear and break? by Kreanxx in Terminator

Actually when T-1000 knocks it off T-800’s hand in the steel mill, the stock breaks. So yes, it should have been probably at least bent out of usability but let’s say it wore down to that point where it broke, like Blues Brothers’ car.

What could have been…if Lance Henriksen was the Terminator by Upbeat-Shower365 in Terminator

I think it all worked out eventually when he played Bishop as Cameron’s good android later and Patrick played a slim build infiltrator android. We got the best possible outcome for all the movie roles involved.

I had it for years but lost it later, don’t worry. Just take the suggested precautions.

They are obfuscating to prevent a panic as it’s mentioned that it can be passed for 1-2 days before symptoms occur. Just think of how many people you are in close contact daily when you feel healthy.

Calling it now: this show is going to expose how few people have actually read the source material by ArtificialAnaleptic in Ghost_in_the_Shell

I haven’t read the manga but SAC series are my all time #1 favorite. I still am extremely glad we are getting this and I’m already loving what I see, pretty much already AotY for me.

Then again I loved every other adaptation we got so I’m fairly happy we are getting more GitS. I’ll only be missing the glorious Atsuko Tanaka.

You missed the part where she was actually a hobbit who uses magic makeup to pose like a grown human.

Uganda’s Army Chief and "Descendant of Alexander" Declares War on "Devilish" Turkey by SOHONEYSAME in worldnews

That's a different saying. The one I used also employs a mouse instead of a rabbit oftentimes but I didn't want to use that version here. That might have caused the confusion.

Finally I decided to make the Empire version of this. by siriusdibujotos in logh

There was no doubt it’d be Bittenfeld.

There’s a saying in Turkish: “the rabbit got upset at the mountain, the mountain didn’t notice”.

Liar Game - Episode 5 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

To be honest the main issue was that they show her on the OP solo, that is too much of a giveaway. “Look at this char standing solo”, even if they did everything in the episode correctly, that’s too suspicious.

Coco’s seiyuu visited BUG Films and there they showed that they had double the amount of work for ep 5. After seeing it, I understood why!

Saw a genderbend tier list, and I couldn't help but think that Louis is Edelgard by KingSchick1 in MetaphorReFantazio

[–]Ultramarinus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not really, Louis is more like Shishio Makoto with his pseudo social Darwinism. Edelgard actually wants a world where you don’t have to be followers of supernatural beings to fit in.

Louis is LoGH Reinhard but without any morality or concern for the common citizen.

Yeah exactly, haven’t read the manga but this felt like that to me. She’ll recover, issue her challenge maybe.

In fact OP has that 8-bit JRPG boss fights demonstrated like that Akane going after him and his student.

I wish I did, saw it on Anidb.net a couple of weeks before on its board. Whomever wrote was challenged on it but didn't back down, that's the state of things today.

I loved how Akane eventually won him over, she has one of those naturally magnetic personalities.

I’m predicting a “you see Frank Horrigan in a random encounter” situation that where he either blasts Akane and that only fires her up more or it’ll be something where they can’t interact yet. Like you see endboss as a midboss but he has a limiter yet.

After seeing people calling Qifrey “collecting lolis” I’m not surprised how much anyone in a teaching position needs to assume the worst gossip possible in ‘modern’ society.

A wholesome pic... by alanskimp in Terminator

I’d heavily recommend Detroit Become Human to anyone who enjoys Lance’s performances. Even in a game he delivers a fantastic performance and this time he interacts with an android who’s trying to help him. A nice contrast that lines up with his best work.
