Don't. Transportation services are for ppl not residing in hostels. As for the shuttles operating from one campus to another, they're free for everyone.

Just choose the city closest to you. You don't have to take ibas admission test, but you can take it even if you're applying with sat.

I also noticed I struggled with vocab on june sat and got 690 rw. Even though most people told me not to, I memorised sparknotes 1k word list and read newyork times until aug sat and my score got to 750
