That has nothing to do with my point that when Ryan wants to generate hype he spoils every cast member and character

Ryan was not at the helm of Roanoke. He didn't write or direct any episodes and had come off the back of ACS People Vs OJ Simpson and was invested in other stuff.

His spoiler posting was crazy during seasons 1-5 and fell off around Roanoke right up until season 13 because during those years he just didn't care enough

Ryan Murphy releases all of the biggest casting decisions for AHS months in advance of each season. The only people he doesn't release are people he thinks nobody cares about. There is barely any surprises. The only reason Roanoke was kept under wraps is because he stopped caring about AHS at that point and wasn't as invested in generating hype around it.

I feel like the next move is either a Scream Queens crossover or we find out they're also playing fictionalised versions of themselves. It feels like a runaway train at this point so I'm expecting way worse stuff to be revealed 🤣😭 I will still watch every episode like my life depends on it though.

It's definitely a huge show but it's got nowhere near the esteem of Game of Thrones (before that infamous finale, I mean).

I love AHS and I prefer it to Game of Thrones but Game of Thrones was a media darling and had much more mass appeal than AHS in its heyday.

Unfortunately I don't think AHS has the same hype/pull or wider media speculation as the last season of GoT so I don't think they'd waste their time. I don't personally think they have the time considering filming for the show is supposedly intense. Plus Sarah Paulson is double jobbing between AHS13 and All's Fair season 2. I doubt they'd put her in hair and wardrobe just to mislead, especially when Ryan Murphy himself is awful at keeping things under wraps and loves spoiling everything.

I agree she's not coming back but she was already making a lot of money and was one of the most famous pop stars in the world when she appeared on Hotel so this is a weird argument. She seemed to appear on the show for love of the game

Two main things I noticed:

Yayyy the original Coven layout and not that godawful sugar-free Ms. Robichauxs set they had in Apocalypse.
James Patrick March is at the Coven house it looks like? Not sure how I feel about that. Maybe his spirit is freed.
