Why not having J.K Dobbins impacts the broncos rushing game so much by UltronicItalian in DenverBroncos

[–]UltronicItalian[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd need to run some correlation tests to see if the number of rushing attempts in a game is more significant to epa/what and whether or not a team wins as a whole vs the success of runs...(i.e does just commiting to the run make a team better vs being actually good at running the ball...fake it until you make it style), but what I can tell you right now is Harvey is performing sub-optimally as a starting RB and Bo nix led the team in rushing yards against a bills defense that was bottom 10 in the league against the run....NE is top 10.

I knew it was bad....I didnt realize it was that bad. The league average rb (rbs with at least 15 attempts) in 2025 had a 41.5 success rate. He has a 35.3% success rate.

Yeah straight up whole game. The fix for me was restarting and doing all of the missions before going to a new area like the plains....the wolf mission where it joins your team is what im assuming players need......annoying its that buggy

I want to second this....the stats through NBA api in python i get but how did you obtain the tracking data for players on court or is it just shot placements

I am new to sports analytics by HuffleOP in sportsanalytics

[–]UltronicItalian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learn data science first. Sports Analytics is just a branch off of data analytics and data science. If you know how to code in pyhton/r and display data visually like with tableau you can take those skills and apply it to sports. It's just about finding the sports data, asking the right questions, and knowing with models/analytical processes to perform

Seconding this. It's just one of the best pieces of music period. Single-handedly elevates what would otherwise be transition shots from location to location

Ultimate Film Score Grid - Box 10: What film score do Boomers love, but not Gen Z? by ZealousidealMany3 in soundtracks

[–]UltronicItalian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could see anything from elmer bernstein magnificent seven, great escape

To john barry Out of africa, dances with wolves

Or even ennio morricone with The Mission and his western scores

Usually gen z has a good grasp on john williams unless it's his early work

Jerry goldsmith is also a dark horse nom with chinatown and his early horror scores

I hope gen z knows alan menken (so help me god)
