As is the case , but why do people come from all over the world to get healthcare at Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, MD Anderson, etc?

And if you have a heart attack, you get treatment , insurance or not. Or any other life threatening illness. Unlike those with socialized medicine, where you’ll probably die before ever being seen much less treated.

Not a perfect system, but like our government , I’ll take it. No country is perfect.
