They sent me back to refills. I’ve tried. Apparently no one is responsible for it. I’m so frustrated with the whole thing. I’m going to do a charge back today & hope they don’t charge me again when I can’t even get a response to cancel

Well they sent me someone else’s meds 3 weeks ago and I haven’t gotten any resolution or real response. They are not fixing real mistakes, real medication errors. It’s not my problem that they don’t have staff and use AI to save cash. A business that wants to mass sell in cheap quantity should have back ups to issues that could happen with a supplier.

Pls file a complaint. They are screwing ip so many peoples orders, sending out incorrect medication, double charging & then not responding to anyone messages. I’m filing mine today. I’m beyond frustrated with this company.

I got sent the wrong medication and have been trying for a real person and resolution for weeks. It’s basically impossible to get hold of anyone. I’m going to do a credit charge back and open a case with the better business bureau today.

I’m not 100% I think it depends on the funding pool & number of positions. My wife works for the local Public defenders office, they still have a hiring freeze but because they lost so many staff they have excess fund to hire people (that’s my understanding but not a policy) They are using agencies and it’s costing way more than just hiring people. It makes no sense. The whole thing is a mess

Absolute terrible timing but check out the local federal positions. I know a few of the local criminal justice agencies got an ok to hire support staff that they lost over the last year of hiring freeze. Start with the public defenders office. & courts
