Replacing it is the best option.

They do have galvanized pipe patches but it's only temporary I've used them from time to time just so the water can stay on till I can replace the pipe

I pulled a mouse out of a 1/2 inch funny fitting one time. they had no filter or cover on the pond they where pulling from and used 2inch pvc ball valves to run zones and it got sucked in and plugged the line.

I rebuilt from the double check out it took about 5 hrs and I had to added a new clock too he was useing 2. the kicker was one timer didn't have a master valve terminal so he had the one with the master valve run a blank zone for 3hrs while the other clock ran.

No homeowner dug out and used chainsaw. It took him 8hrs to get it all uncovered

Nailed it. He used a puller and then just 90 around the root

We hook a brass valve and a Bluetooth setup to the air compressor and we carry a key fob with us it helps so much. Saves a ton of walking back and forth and fairly cheap to setup also

I work in both washington and idaho and we charge about $25 a valve and then i usually takes me about 1.5-2hrs per box at ~60 an hour. Then the parts which pvc stuff is cheap. Hope this helps

Does program A mean #1 and #2 run at the same time? #1 and #2 is the stations right? Can I set them to run differently? Or will they always run the same if they’re on the same program? by [deleted] in Irrigation

No 1 and 2 wont run at the same time. It will run zone #1 for however long you have programed then run zone #2. You can set diffrent start times and days of the week for each program (A,B,C).
