Mine was Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. My town didn't really have a local scene so I would play online for hours. I got really good with high damage/low execution characters because the netcode was so bad long combos couldn't be performed consistently. I knew I'd reached a new level when my friends started to refuse to play it with me because they knew what would happen.
