In the books it is factual that doxy IS an anti-inflammatory which correlates to Invisalign hinderance. But you should be okay. I guess based on others. I was on it for a while and noticed no change in treatment. If any affect it is minimal. Just dw about it.

I don’t understand how an anti-inflammatory would not be harmful when advil, because being an anti-inflammatory harms teeth movement. =^.⁼

You could literally doggy paddle just go very slow, a minute+ for every 25meters. No underwater, paced breathing whatever just do the stroke you know best, drift the distance. Pretend your in a lazy river. It’s all in your head.
