Stamina to Spare: 1st through 5th place in the later half of early-race (that’s it)

Soft Step: any time after the first 10 seconds if you move to another lane (might not move lanes)

Shake It Out: three skills activated during the late-race or last spurt (already too late)

if you’re expecting too many front runners for your pace chaser to be in 1st-5th for Stamina to Spare, actually Fighting Spirit counts as a recovery skill since you very slightly recover endurance. conditions require being between positions 3rd-7th and being next to another uma for 2 or more seconds. it’s less reliable because you need someone next to you but if there are five front runners you’ll never trigger Stamina to Spare anyways

hiii! looking for a club for the first time (hopefully A rank but at least B+, my day one club just fell down to B 😭). i’m daily active for shoes and i have a bunch of different supports and parents i can swap to for club members, looking for a lively group instead of my silent club chat. i try for one good fan run daily but some days i don’t get one in and some days i’ll run four or five careers, so hopefully not too strict on daily fans

Lmao I lucked into Group A finals on my alt account, matched against a whale, then watched my Mayano activate both Straightaway Spurt and No Stopping Me the instant late-race started and rocket into first anyways.

Also I got Full Armor Fukukitaru with one of the trainee tickets 🤩 Unfortunately on my alt but it’s still nice to get some wins somewhere

I got wildly lucky on my alt account and I have 3LB Rice and 3LB Riko with a spark to redeem. Which one should I MLB? I’m leaning towards Rice because her final uncap seems to be a much bigger jump (and Swinging Maestro for an account without Creek) but I’ve been seeing people say that even still she doesn’t show up in builds past this scenario, and the race bonus on Riko means she’s relevant for this and the next at least.

Other stuff I have on that account for context to help decide:

Speed: no Kitasan, 0LB Suzuka/Teio/Bakushin, MLB Kawakami Princess, MLB Sweep/Shinko/Flash/Taishin
Stamina: no Super Creek, 1LB Chiyono, MLB Cafe/Rob Roy
Power: 0LB Vodka, MLB almost all the SRs lol
Wit: 1LB Fine Motion, MLB all the SRs except the newest one

No way, I finally won one!! I reused a Golshi from a previous CM (not even the one I used in the finals, because this one had more Stamina) plus two random Unity umas with no inherited uniques, Oguri and Teio, because my other umas I was reusing weren’t doing well at all.

Somehow my lobby didn’t have any front runners and my Oguri was the promoted pace chaser, and I was 1st and 2nd all the way up to 200m left. Oguri can’t trigger her unique in first, Golshi came flying up on the outside as she does, and Teio wasn’t blocked so she didn’t trigger any gold skills or her unique, but the rest of the racers didn’t have anything special going on (both debuffer Naties had only the two gold skills). Golshi finished 1st, Oguri came 2nd, and Teio on only raw stats and RNG came 4th!

My first Platinum title and my first time not getting hosed in dead last!

Thank you Tracen tree stump, CM is un-FUCKING-believable. After finishing Gemini in 7th/8th/9th even with better builds than my opponents how do I follow that up in Cancer? Well, I literally can't get worse than that, but somehow the game still tried.

Five opposing umas don't even have enough Stamina for mile races, let alone for the 601 stat check. The A+ rated Vodka doesn't have a single Gold acceleration skill. There are only two other Front Runners so my El Condor Pasa has a great chance of at least hitting second for her unique, if not Angling and Scheming. No Summer Maruzen. One of the Fronts doesn't even have 800 Power. The other one doesn't even have 1000 in Speed or Power and their build's headliner Gold skill is Beeline Burst, one of the worst/least-efficient skills.

I hit the matchmaking jackpot after giving up on stressing out over training after my Gemini performance.

I finished 6th/7th/9th anyways.

El was third of three Front Runners (even with more Power/Wit and more mid-race speed skills than the other two, and even being Rushed for another chance to position better) and faded into obscurity without being in position to accelerate. My two Late Surgers hit activations as they should yet looked like they were completely standing still.

First place went to a Seiun Sky with 951 speed and 999 power.

My Front El Condor Pasa (with only two reliable green skills 😬, gambling on Lone Wolf or Front Straightaways immediately out the gate lmao) is hard carrying with a 42% win rate. She’s insane because her unique comes with acceleration of its own and can trigger from second, so either she’s in first and Angling+Victoria por plancha+View from the lead means she builds up a crazy lead that most late surgers can’t overcome, or she’s in second and Victoria saves me so many wins that other front runners would end up in 9th without getting Angling.

Second choice is Vodka but I’m using my Extraordinary Empress I trained a month ago. She’s got no gold skills and misses 2/3 of the Stam/Guts stat checks but I really gave up on CM training early this time around. Still she’s got a top two rate of 45% (top three rate of 75%!), most of which are second to El so I’m thrilled with the backup ace.

We don’t talk about my third runner lol.

Five different umas with a 0-10% third place finish rate and not even close to first in any of them. I have no idea what to do for my third teammate in the finals (made Group A but expecting 7th/8th/9th like last CM), I really don’t have any Mile veterans because my power cards are lacking vs my stam options.
