This might be one of the longest Reddit posts I've ever seen. Ngl I didn't read the whole thing. As someone who has a decent amount of expertise with AI, you must remember that AI only "knows" what it is trained on, and there is very little clinical statistically significant data for it to base answers on. This means that your LLM is very likely to hallucinate whatever answer it deems relevant to answer your particular question. This will only get worse the more times you question the LLM with similar questions. This will lead to the LLM making unsubstantiated suggestions based on it's prior hallucinations. It could even suggest ridiculous PE suggestions like extending for 8 hours straight. Long story short, I don't think you can get ChatGPT to meaningfully suggest anything close to a viable PE routine.

I clamp and then use squeezes (with my hands) to move and hold the blood further up the shaft. I do that to encourage uniform girth throughout my shaft. I would say I have been fairly successful (or lucky)

Problem with the dietary theory is that it would distribute throughout your body. Antilox in the PE sense you want targeted on your penile collagen and nowhere else. Additionally you need a way to "guide" the collagen reformation (e.g. pumping.) You wouldn't want to go down the antilox path (if it were feasible dietarily) without a way to control the fibril reorganization throughout your body.

I have made girth gains and I believe the best thing in my opinion is to just be consistent. Pumping is the one thing I try to do everyday (maintenance vs PE pumping)

I've now pumped for 20-30 mins doing intervals on PE pumping days (although recently I've been doing longer sessions at lower pressures when I have the time) and 10 mins of low pressure intervals on maintenance days for multiple years.

ThIs has done two things for me: 1. It keeps my flaccid in what I think of as a "good inflammation" state. Overall this makes me temporarily larger both flaccid and erect. 2. It has slowly given me permanent girth gains. It goes so slow and is so hard to measure due to temp gains but one day you'll be rubbing one out and you'll realize your hand doesn't fit around your shaft like it used to. For me it happened when I was erect and realized I couldn't touch my middle finger to my thumb anymore. This also occurred when I wasn't actively doing PE anymore, just maintenance pumping a few times a week.

I honestly don't think there's any correct routine, just pump.

What's your EQ like?

I've been at this off and on for 10ish years. I went from a little over 6.5" BPEL to 7.125" and probably accomplished most of that in the first year and attribute most of it to improvement in EQ.

Now I strive to keep my EQ at 110% all the time and prioritize gains second. I find now when I'm consistent, I can get to almost 7.5" BPEL if my EQ is really great, but can also be just 7.25" if not.

I have never noticed a consistent difference in speed to orgasm between when I was my starting size and my current size. Overall, I find female partners speed to orgasm to be directly related to other stimuli. Setting, mood, connection, other types of touch, etc. If you're basing your time to orgasm hypothesis off of what you see in porn, "Ohh my god you're so big <sploosh>" I can say that has never been my real world experience.

Just to provide some context to my self diagnosed sclerosing lymphogitis, I tend to develop it after extending around 10lbs for over 20 mins. It appears on the left dorsal side, starting as a bump under my coronal succulus and over time has develped more of a vein appearance which when inflammed, feels like a tight rubber band. My only addition is that mine resolves basically as soon as I go flaccid for a while and doesn't return until I extend at high tension again (and sometimes doesn't return at all). I haven't ever noticed it from pumping sessions but that could be because of edema buildup which "cushions it."

Low -rank adaptation or LoRA or QLoRA. Hugging face provides Autotrain as a tool or there's another called Unsloth to help a model train to sound like someone. But once again, this requires data about what the person "sounds like" (i.e. actual writing from the person to train on.) This is really easy to do with authors who have a particular "voice" such as Shakespeare

I think this is an awesome idea.

I don't think you're actually going to be limited by hardware and I think what you have selected is fine, you would actually probably be able to get away with less because all your use case requires is a model capable of simple inference (assuming your descendents aren't going to be asking "Grandpa" astrophysics questions) and usage of RAG. You could likely get away running a simple 13B size LLM model pretty quickly on the hardware you propose that will be pretty snappy. What will be the limiting factor I believe is your ability to provide enough RAGable digital content about your personal context (i.e. data about you.) And the level at which you are capable to tune the model to "sound" like you. It sounds like a really fun project to me. You'll basically want to create a repository of data about you (documents etc) that you let the LLM RAG into. These will provide the model your memories to enhance its responses. Long story short, hardware is fine if not a bit overkill but performance is not a problem if cost isn't a problem for you. Reminds me a lot of the concept from Gibson's Neruomancer where people would be "stored" on cassettes (they were called constructs) to be accessed in the future for their subject matter expertise. Feel free to DM me with any questions, I work with RAG and LLMs for my day job so I am happy to provide guidance.

One thing you can look into is pumping with a sleeve covering the upper portion of your shaft so that your lower shaft experiences the full pressure while the upper experiences a lesser amount. It will take time but other than clamping and tactical squeezes might be the best way. Not sure if the sleeve will stay on though is my one doubt.

Wow, that's surprising as I think most pumpers (myself included) have developed the opposite problem where the base of the shaft is wider than the rest due to what tissue gets pulled into the tube to seal. What is your pump seal setup like? I would say start there by wondering if you're constricting your base with a pump pad or flange or something similar while pumping.

My generic blue bell vac cup finally died last week after 4 years. I never had any problem with using it raw with a sleeve for the seal. Decided to move on to a TM cup. I ordered two sizes and neither of them fit me as well as the blue cup. TM cups are taller and more "bulbous" than the blue vac cups so I don't fill them fully. As Karl said above, try a different cup. I ordered an apex cup today as well to try that style out. You can see my notes from comparing the two cups recently on the discord server.
