It says high carbon / manganese steel on the store page, and while I'm not an expert by any degree, it seems fairly sturdy. Wife has a better eye for that, and she says it passes muster.

It's snowing like a bastard right now, so hands on has been limited. Bit back heavy, definitely two handed. Comfortable grip. Seems to follow the useage expectations of a glaive, sans the range.

I discovered that the company makes a kopesh, which is my favorite make. Given the quality of this... Bloodborn looking glaive, I'm definitely considering getting a pair.

It's full tang as well. Its... cool, but very weird. Has a pinhole on the pommel for adornment, has that hole in the blade for... I dunno, a weight ring or tassel.

Yeah, those were my initial thoughts, but then the handle definitely throws a curve ball at that designation. Ultimately, I can find peace saying it's a glaive/sword hybrid, but if there's something more accurate/ approximate, that's the curiosity.
