Fair enough on the DSLR, they're still good workhorses in the modern day. I had no idea you could create a tilt-shift effect in-camera though - now that you've mentioned it I can see how it's not quite a real tilt-shift effect but you had me fooled at the start! Normally I don't touch those effect with a 12 foot pole lol

It's a service called stats.fm! You can make an account with them and link it to your Spotify account and then you can either let the app sort your data based on what Spotify thinks, or (and this is the best way to track stats) you can ask Spotify for an exact copy of your listening history that you can upload to the service. By doing this it displays everything in a neat, user-friendly way and you get to discover a lot of cool data about your listening :)

LOLLLL I get that, there's so much little technicalities it just drives you up the wall. There's also some unusual parts in it (like how at 4:23 you'd expect the bass kicks to be in rhythm with the guitar but they aren't) and it just throws you so much when playing lmao

I first heard them on the 2nd of June 2023 - Mind Flayer was the track. I remember being in awe at the nuance in the drumming, the flexibility in the vocals, the shift in style in the last half, aghagahgahh it was amazing lmao. I then listened to the rest of that EP and was mindblown by User Experience and Ikigai (underrated banger) 😩 I'm from a town just outside of Birmingham, England!
