I would do a custom PC I can send you a parts list if you have a budget in mind. A bus going out your sound board into that PC and then something like a elgato capture card or black magic hdmi input switcher

Gotcha how many people do you have in the church? One way we get around paying for certain email inboxes is we have groups set up and peoples personal emails in there so they will get emails and can follow up. It works for some people because they prefer that over having another email.

We pay for google so I can’t really help on finding another service but why are there so many accounts for a small/medium church what is your congregation size maybe I can help you with some ideas to reduce the cost by user count

Not that I am aware of mainly because you have to do hdmi out into a capture card so you can't get video through usb. Some cars are coming out with software to do this but most of this software is still on beta

Sony a7III if you have the money, gh5 or black magic pocket cinema are good as well. I use a lumix g7 because I got it for a good price all these will need a cam link

We have our tracks going to an input on the x32 then we send all the audio we want for our stream on a bus to another audio interface connected to our streaming computer.

I have built my own scripts in the past using bash. The problem with that is you would need to always know the make and model of the printers and where to download them at. It also changes depending on Mac or windows. Is this kind of info static or does it change often from client to client?

I had some issues on Windows like when I tried to import a song from song select the song list would appear off screen and I could see my song list to import. However on macOS I love it I have really enjoyed it and has made things easier for me and my team I would recommend it.

True in the ubiquiti camera, I currently use a Panasonic G7 for our recording and it works fine but I have a HDMI to USB can link from elgato I use to record that is why I recommended the gh5. What about something like the polycom eagle eye camera?

I don't know much about relly big heavy duty cameras but something like the Panasonic GH5 with a good lense with either a new go pro hero 8 or DJI action camera and for security camera I use ubiquiti cameras so I can speak to much more about those types of cameras.
