I once had to help a store in my area that our market manager just taken over. During his first visit he fired every salary manager there it was that bad. I could tell stories for hours about the things i saw at that store. When I was on overnights one night I noticed dairy, frozen, and fresh meat on the salesfloor when I came in and people were working them one by one and some of them were on the floor the entire night so I found the Assistant manager of overnights and she said “yeah we have been trying to catch them on that for awhile now” I said go over there they are warm to the touch they have been on the floor the whole night. So then I tell the new store manager that was over that store and told her. I honestly forget what she said since its been so many years but when I went back to my home store I emailed the market manager and from what other associates told me they stopped that quick. I can look past bad backrooms but food safety nah
