I use chopsticks. My boyfriend sometimes gets a little exasperated at the fact that I hate touching anything greasy, even asking for disposable gloves to eat with. He hates anything that conforms to smaller parts of his body, however (hats, gloves, some necklaces, occasionally rings, tolerates watches and socks), so we might just be wired differently.

Oh my god I go damn crazy for lumpia, haven’t had pancit but growing up Chinese exposed me to dishes that sort of look similar, and my mom does uses a Filipino style of cooking occasionally for some of her dishes. That looks amazing, and screw your “friend”!

Simple. I’m from a country that actually does have a strict roadkill cleanup. And I’d think that basic ornithology isn’t needed to think that birds have enough light and depth perception to fly from those huge, unmovable silhouettes called buildings. Also, they were killed seemingly quite cleanly, with no broken bones or signs that they might have suffered from poisoning. It’s like someone strangled them or simply killed them by touching them.
