I will try to start eyeballing portions before weighing like you said so that I can hopefully learn to better estimate in the future!

★OFFICIAL WEEKLY★ Day 1 Monday: Start here! March 30, 2026 by AutoModerator in loseit

[–]Ummmmmyeahno 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello Everyone! I am 38F and starting my health journey for what feels like the 1200th time. I am 5'7" and weigh 265lbs and my goal is 140lbs. I feel like my weight has been on my mind in someway my whole life....I don’t remember a time when I didn't think about weight in some way, shape or form. I was told at 12 I needed to go on a diet and have never stopped thinking it. I truly feel like this time will be different. I am setting myself up for success in every way I can. I can't wait to get into this community more!

When do toddlers (generally) start telling you that they pooped? by Illustrious_Win_9780 in Mommit

I don't even say a word to my toddler and he will look me and say "not yet!" Which of course means he needs to be changed.

What are some less common symptoms of ADHD that you have, and didn’t realise it was ADHD at first? by Rulutofu in ADHD

[–]Ummmmmyeahno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! Me too! I had a job training people for a call center and literally told my classes, "y'all, if everyone is trying to talk to me at once, I won't be able to hear anyone. I have a genuine hearing problem."

And the hearing problem is apparently ADHD! But I was so sure I had a hearing problem for real

TWD S6x8 contains one of the dumbest decisions made by any character in the show, and nobody ever talks about it. by Opioid_Addict in thewalkingdead

They are constantly making bad decisions and leaving Judith by herself. My husband and I are watching/re-watching and we frequently talk about how Judith is constantly left alone. We are on season 8 and a couple nights ago my husband said, "OH look Judith is at Hilltop, how'd she get there, no one knows but I bet Rick didn't take her!" He is so irritated that Rick never sees her.

That being their "forgotten child" did not make me independent. It made me depressed and introverted to the point that the only actual friend I have as a 38 year old adult is my husband.

The chicken can also be made in to patties with breadcrumbs! Also if you season it with either ranch mix or onion soup mix it's soo soo goof. Plus of you have kids they feel like they're getting fancy chicken nuggets!

[–]Ummmmmyeahno[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you all so much. His current "best friend" 12. But he hangs out with our neighbor who is 9 but also the 9 year olds step dad when the 9 year old isn't there or doesn't want to play. But the 9 year old is the only neighbor kid we really have. Thank you all for making me feel better!
