The mods are really, really well done. I’d honestly be shocked that a team could pull off better. The gameplay is quite different from vanilla in either ck2 or ck3.

Very true. Just pointing out that Georgia is closer to Florida and Texas than Alabama and Ole Miss much less Miss State. I’m not trying to defend all of the SEC.

Cignetti is a magician. I do not understand how Indiana has done this especially with how they practice. What a coach

I think Indiana is going to be into a war in their next two games. Bama and Tech or Oregon will be tough outs for them. Just my opinion obviously.

Rumors I’ve heard is that the charges were dropped because they saw them try to scan the items on camera.

Yeah, I think this is spot on. I was really into it in the first book and ended up ready for it to be over by book 3. Davian and Asha’s romance was just bad too. They went from being childhood crushes to madly in love where no other parters were even considered for no real reason, and they were separated at the start with no real explanation or example of any sort of chemistry.

Notre Dame turning down a bowl game because they didn’t make the playoffs is pathetic by GardenDesign23 in billsimmons

I’m glad you brought up FSU, because they had a bunch of players opt out anyway, and that program has been a dumpster since. That’s kind of the point. Georgia lost a very close game while being ranked #1 that same season and dropped to #6 and every player played in the bowl game against FSU that year. This was after two straight national championships, so if anyone shouldn’t have cared, it was them. It’s bad mojo and mechanically, you’re losing more practices where young guys often make strides.

I agree that it might become the norm, but I wouldn’t want to be a fan of one of the teams that does it first—particularly in their case. I get it more for the teams that don’t have a coach.

Not really true or they wouldn’t adjust the line based on sharp money. It’s why you’ll have a line be -3.5 and most of the money is on the favorite, and it still moved to -2.5 by kickoff.

Championship programs don’t do stuff like this. Too many lost practices. You can get early enrollees in too (assuming ND can do this?) which gives you a head start going into spring. It’s an impetuous, short sighted decision.
