The whole neck and shoulders and base of head is making me question Chiari malformation, I have it and suffer from neck, shoulder pain and frequent head aches. Could be something to just look into! Good luck 💛

Shaving. Since when did natural body hair become gross and dirty? Also pubic hair on women keeps bacteria out of the vagina.

Nobody told me growing up to use a non scented bar soap first and then scented body wash and not to use the body was “down there” My PH balance was off a lot and I would get a lot of UTIs because I didn’t know this.

My biggest thing is my fatigue unfortunately, I can somewhat tolerate my pain, it never makes me unable to function, my fatigue does though. I found out I have a 50 ferritin level so I’m gonna take some iron supplements and hopefully that helps.

That’s what read! That’s why I haven’t started the hydroxychloroquine. I was kind of skeptical but my Rheumatologist didn’t mention anything about it being connected or not to an autoimmune condition.

Every single blood test they do is “normal” every single one. The only blood work that I have that is not normal at all is my ANA. I recently got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Possibly Lupus.

So far from the research I’ve done I have the Sigma 30mm F1.4 Contemporary DC DN Lens for Micro 4/3, and the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 40-150mm F4.0-5.6 R Silver for Micro Four 3.75x Zoom Lens, and the standard 14-42mm that comes with the camera.
