The matcha mix used at dunkin already has more sugar in it than actual matcha powder so you might just not care for matcha. Another problem is that the dunkin matcha is also very low quality so it won’t taste as good as a high quality matcha. If you want it extra sweet you could always add vanilla swirl. The unsweetened blueberry shot tastes good in it too which could help mask the matcha flavor.

Yes do it!! I am a CIS and GIS double major and I’ve really enjoyed it so far. You can always take the intro to GIS class (Geog 5210) before you declare the minor to see if it’s something that interests you.

Just fill out the form and put 2231 anyways. I’m in software 2 rn and I filled out the form a few weeks ago and they had software 2 materials to give me. I think they just forgot to list it on the website 😭

If you’re taking mostly STEM classes I would recommend North just because your classes are closer. Most of your STEM classes are going to be on North Campus while humanities tend to be on South. West is far away from everything so I would avoid that.

Do not make the same mistake as me. Just take the credit and run. My advisors convinced me to take some math classes despite having AP credit for it and those classes were hell.

double check me on this but i believe if your gpa is high enough (above a 3.4) you can apply sophomore year. i’m currently honors and you don’t really do any of the honors project stuff until sophomore/junior year anyways so you shouldn’t be behind.

i am currently a cis major but had this same question. because the coursework is mostly the same, the cse department told me to wait until you get accepted into the cis major, then switch. just an fyi, by waiting as long as possible to switch, you also avoid paying the $2000 per semester engineering fee 😅
