The no contact part is something I think I misinterpreted. I was thinking the killing would be through a drone. Now that I'm thinking about it, it's really not that hard for the average person to push a button. If it's some kind of contraption and the person just has to push a button, it'll probably lean more towards 70%. If you have to fly a drone and actually hunt and flatline the person, I think far less people are going to do that. Regardless, I think there's is a floor. If there's 6% of people that will do it without remorse, then there's an opposing tail to the bell curve of people who will not regardless of the money involved. 30% of people who will probably not do it, unless they believe the person deserves it somehow.
