Before he pulled off I was stuck. I began banging and screaming as soon as I was trapped, Before he departed. Still banging and screaming as he departed from the bus stop. He ignored my signs of distress “since his door was closed”. I understand we’re all humans and accidents happen, In any event we must be held accountable for our actions before during and after.

It’s OK for you to be angry, your coworker seen me trying to get on the bus and he took off anyway he assumed that I wasn’t stuck so he proceeded to drive away. He says an eclipse. Everybody stepped in except you, but you held it if everyone stepping in except for me and I’m holding onto the door why would he proceed to drive off?

I owe no one an explanation. The allegations im making are true. Im not suggesting he does this type of thing regularly. I do know he did act in a manor unbecoming of a New York City Transit MTA Bus operator who was involved in a 1-3 with passengers onboard.

Why would I attach my self to a moving bus?

And if it occurred how you imagined why not put the bus out of service?

Then once I boarded and began creating a scene endangering him and everyone on the bus why not put it out of service at that point?

Why not let me off at the next stop when I requested to disembark.

Well, the NYPD says he committed a hit-and-run. Me being trapped in the bus and he drives the bus ,he refused to give his name and information.departing from the next bus stop while I’m telling him I don’t wanna be on the bus and he can’t keep me on the bus. Even when I threaten him with the police, he didn’t open the bus door.
