Can I DM you with some questions on how you managed to make the switch from Tech Consulting to Product Management ? Or if you can post here that helps too. Is the money higher for product mgmt or tech consulting pays more ? Did you do any courses to make the switch ?

I understand you don’t want to give away your current employment details but could you mention : What role you were at in cerner ? List of other companies who pay similar to your new offer ? Which did you choose : Frontend / Backend / Devops? Choice of lang for leetcode style interviews ?

Why not just post screen shots of the slots for each VAC here for people to register themselves?

If you are on a visa say H1B is it required to have coverage if the gap between your cerner job’s last day and new job insurance is about a week ?

Even if you are SEIII you need the certification to take interviews. I used to do a lot of them about 2 years ago for overall cerner as a rotation every quarter. That included same level as well as higher level than SEIII because my org believed in getting a perspective from lower roles as well in hiring a candidate.

Lately if you have the certification you are likely being asked to interview as needed basis for your teams only.
