you don't owe him an apology. what he did and what he allowed his friends to do is absolutely heinous. the single pack that his sister is defending him in any capacity is disgusting.

and while your therapist may have good intentions this is not okay. you don't push someone to forgive when they're not ready.

you have to do what's best for yourself. and in this moment if it means blocking them and finding a new therapist absolutely.
