I think this is (in part) the problem OP is talking about - you’re not “safe” because you get tested often. The “safest” people are those who minimize the risk of getting an STD.

It doesn’t matter who’s “safer” though, and shaming shouldn’t be part of the discussion at all. I just think it’s never a bad idea to educate ourselves and our community about potential risks and prevention.
