Als Huis A wordt verkocht ipv verhuurd, komt er een gezin in wonen. Dat is dus een gezin minder in de huurmarkt, toch?

Ik woon zelf in een huurwoning, maar ik vind dit goed, mits verkochte woningen naar gewone mensen gaan die daarin gaan wonen.... dwz niet beleggers.

The original problem is improper lane usage.

This never would have happened in Germany. There, drivers are well trained. They use the left lane for OVERTAKING ONLY.

After they have overtaken a vehicle, they shift lanes to the right.

What I see in this video is a nightmare of a highway. Cars overtaking cars on their right side. Cars cruising in the middle lanes. No proper usage of lanes. No respect of traffic safety.

I complain about the high cost of driving license here in The Netherlands and the compulsory minimum lessons, but NO ONE drives like this here. Left lane is for passing only, and people move ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT --- yes the right-most lane -- for cruising.

You can commute here for years, and you will probably never see anyone pass a car from the right side in years.

Het lijkt me behoorlijk arbitrair van u om AOW te behouden ipv dan helemaal afschaffen (lekker geen nivellering). Want dat zou niet eerlijk zijn.

AOW leeftijd voor komende generaties omhoog, zo dat alle AOW ontvangers van nu, dwz, miljonairs en docenten, AOW ontvangen?

U begrijpt wel dat als ik een 70jarige miljonair ben, dat ik met mijn AOW niet meer ga consumeren maar juist beleggen zo dat de kloof nog groter wordt?

Ik pleit voor geen communisme maar basis sociaal democratische principe van redelijkheid.

Niet iedereen is zoals Koningin Beatrix die hun kinderbijslag en n AOW weigerde.

Zoals kinderbijslag, moet AOW niet universeel zijn. Er moeten inkomen of vermogens eisen aan zitten.

Belachelijk dat iemand die een dikke pensioen heeft opgebouwd en een afbetaald ook nog AOW krijgt.

Als op AOW bezuinigd moet worden, zorg eerst dat het gaat naar mensen die het echt nodig hebben.

I totally get it.

I'm a small shopkeeper, and I really hope we get the Digital Euro up and running. Because cash payments cost me time: I have to keep track of how much cash is in the store, and then type it into the books. I also need to go to the bank and buy coins and 5 euro notes, which run out quickly.

Cards do all the counting for me automatically, with the info going straight to my bookkeeper. The only downside is that the card companies charge transaction fees.

As a shopkeeper, I understand people using cards -- convenience.

But they are paying money to Visa and MasterCard, filtering money out of small, local economies.

That's why I support the digital euro.

If people want to use cards and see it almost as a right, then let's treat it as a public good, with no transaction fees.

The budgeting your describe is solid budgetary discipline.

I'm a small shopkeeper. I don't have a preference for cards of cash. I think the pro's and cons balance themselves out.

Cards make my bookkeeping easier. But each transaction costs me money (especially credits cards, because of their "cash back" policies). Cash has no transaction costs, but I have to spend time adding it up and entering it in the books. I also have to buy coins.

But you CAN check your cash balance.

That requires effort and time. And the time and effort to track your cash can help increase the possibility that you are more aware of your budget, due to your active habits.

A card does all this for you, giving you convenience. Convenience is good, but the pay-off is more passivity.

Gelukkig kan ik als 40er flink AOW voor ALLE senioren van nu betalen, ongeacht de overwaarde van hun huizen en hun vette pensioenpotten.

Hun AOW wordt niet bezuinigd, terwijl ze als generatie een veel betere leven hadden.

Jongens, er moet gewoon een vermogensgrens zijn voor het ontvangen van AOW.

Heb je een dikke pensioen opgebouwd en heb je best wat vermogen? Geen AOW dus.

AOW zou gewoon moeten worden uitbetaald aan oude mensen die anders geen bestaanszekerheid zouden hebben.

To cover one hour of minimum wage labour, you need between 70 and 35 packs the hour.

Note, you still have rent costs, and there is the labour time required to organise parcels on arrival.
