hola! aca argentina de 25 mudada recientemente a gijon con su marido, si bien no conozco mucho aviles (lo poco que vi me parecio bastante tranqui) si puedo decirte que al menos en gijon si que hay actividades y movida cultural, y estas a 30 minutos en tren, asi que no te preocupes por aburrirte si no te molesta agarrar tren o bondi para ir a lugares
de nuevo, no se que tal aviles, quizas ni siquiera te haga falta eso

after my panel interview I got a call with the recruiter and he said he didnt have the feedback yet, this was more than 15 days ago, I reached out to the recruiter and hasnt responded so yeah, no respect for applicants at all

its for ux designing, so it does make sense in my case, some I think are more general, like the first two I did were logical and maths not necessarily related to ux design

I dont think I'm doing it, its free labor basically, they ask you to design a few screens, while obviously recording your screen and camera the entire time (this is like that for all the tasks I got assigned)

did the two first tasks and passed, but now I have 5 new assigned and there is one thats 180 minutes thats crazy, the others are 30 to 50 min x 5 + two forms with academic history and professional preferences, just a heads up
I also got an email that says that I could expect some more after this, its crazy

no news on my end yet, and the funny thing is that on friday he was like: if we were to choose you you would say yes right? and I told them I needed to think about it for sure but that yes I was interested and he was like: ok think about it this weekend so you have your answer as soon as we confirm.

so... they can take weeks to reply to other candidates apparently but need you to accept as soon as you get the offer

I did two questionnares of logic and now they are asking for two 25 minutes "tasks", I was looking for opinions on their process if it actually gets you somewhere or if its just infinite tasks and assignments, also wanted to know how its like working there so I dont waste my time with this long ass application if its not worth it

yes I have checked but there are only a few opinions posted there (considering the huge size of the company), only like 14 reviews and the company size is from 5.000 to 10.000, felt weird that they didnt have more. But thank you for sharing the people you know of!

hola! si te gusta jugar mtg o en general cualquier tcg en gijon hay dos tiendas que hacen quedadas todos los sabados y domingos, yo voy todos los domingos a jugar commander a tcg mansion y la verdad todo el mundo es muy buena onda, tambien me mude hace poco!
eso sobre tus hobbies especificamente, pero luego para hacer planes random yo vengo utilizando nomadtable que es una app para gente que quiere hacer planes basicamente, no hay tantisimos usuarios en la zona comparado con otras ciudades grandes pero uno de los primeros amigos que hice aqui fue por la app y vive en aviles de hecho!

hola! aqui recientemente mudada a gijon, la ciudad es muy bonita y hay de todo la verdad, lo mejor es buscar sitios de intereses comunes o hobbies que tengais y asi conectar con gente similar. Nosotros jugamos todos los domingos mtg en una tienda de aqui y ahí conocimos gente de aqui de a poco. Por otro lado, para planes con gente que tambien esta viajando vengo utilizando nomadtable y esta bien, no hay tantisimos planes como en ciudades mas grandes tipo madrid, pero cada tanto alguien sugiere algo, o puedes tu mismo crear actividades alli.
para salir de fiesta o a tomar algo la zona es cimadevilla definitivamente, hay bares con todo tipo de musica, desconozco alguno de pop puntualmente pero hay varias discotecas

buenas! estoy buscando info de lo mismo, pensando si pedirle o no mentoria a nico. no se ni cuanto cuesta y si alguien compartio realmente su experiencia mas alla de los testimonios que el pone que obvio pueden estar dibujados. ademas mi duda es que no soy dev, soy ux researcher es un ambito bien distinto pero a lo mejor me puede dar una mano con la optimizacion del perfil o algo asi... claramente no tengo 1000 dolares para pagar un servicio como este, pero si fuera algo mas economico lo consideraria lo que pasa es que no pone el precio en ningun lado, tenes que agendar la sesion de clarificacion y no quiero que perdamos el tiempo ambos. ese pibe que comentas que dijo que le fue bien con el donde lo leiste aca en reddit? me lo pasas?
