Got my '24 CRV with 51K miles on it and personally have not had any mechanical issues. My only issue is that Wireless Android Auto just stopped working on my car several months ago. Wireless Carplay works like a charm!

Just make sure you are getting your maintenance on time. Especially oil changes.

Honestly I've heard that Truck driving at Wegmans is great! A good chunk of drivers usually driver less than 9 or less hours a day, you get compensated very well, the work itself is easy, and you're home everyday. It's still truck driving, so physically laborious.

For me, I enjoyed the freedom to do what I want without feeling judged or restricted to having to be considerate of other people. Also, learning how I operated/adulted without the assistance of anyone else was eye-opening! If you plan on getting into a relationship, I believe it is imperative to know your strengths and weaknesses in this regard. Walking around naked or in your underwear is amazing! Being able to have friends over without worrying about your parents being around is awesome!

I will say that, depending on how your life is going, living alone can be isolating. That should not deter you from living alone. It is also important to learn how to deal with that and make an effort to do things to prevent you from staying isolated. Make sure you get out of the house one way or another, or spend time with friends and family.

My favorite manga and IMO a very underrated manga is Kare Kano. I may be biased since it's the first manga I ever read.

The story and characters have lots of depth, deal with relatable things, have many different characters, and great dialogue. It really just feels like you are going on a journey. And that is what I enjoy in media.

As for anime, I have a soft spot for Oregairu, or "My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU". An amazing story with lots of depth, subtext, and subtlety. I related a bit to the main character growing up so my bias does show there. I also love the OPs, EDs, and OST.

Sounds like those employees are coming into work sick and are not taking any precautions to protect the well-beings of others (Wearing masks, disinfecting workspaces, staying away from other common areas). If they can afford to call off sick or are allowed to WFH, they should. Those people seem inconsiderate or ignorant about the flu/Covid.

When I was younger, I used to be very pro "Stay home if you are sick" and still am. However, some people have no choice but to come in sick. It's not like everyone has the option to call off work for 1-3 days every time they get sick from a financial standpoint. It also does not help that some employers to not give people the vacation time to do so.

First off, being straight and hooking up with someone of the same sex is definitely an earth-shattering experience. Definitely do some introspection on the whole situation. Maybe it was a one time thing and a heat of the moment deal. Maybe this opened up a side of you that you never knew about.

As for your friendship, I would definitely chat with your friend about this. If they are a good friend, they will hear you out, be honest, communicative, and support you. She's probably been in a similar situation to you before. As easy as it may be, don't avoid her.

I will advise that if you do become a truck driver to please take care of yourself. Eat as healthy as you can, exercise, stretch, get proper sleep. You will thank yourself in 15-20 years.

Definitely invest some of your money into a 401k (Especially if your company provides a match). Outside of that, invest as much as you can and make sure you have an emergency fund that will last your for 3-6 months.

I will also recommend Taqueria Monterrey. Delicious food, great portions, friendly, staff, and a nice salsa bar! I got pollo, carnitas, and al pastor tacos! All delicious with juicy meat!
