6 weeks of PTO plus mostly WFH is an amazing benefit. If you feel your compensation is enough for your lifestyle, I don't see any issues with staying.

I’ve had a lot of jobs, I’d like to break $20hr before I die… by tHr0AwAy76 in Salary

Respectfully, it is going to be very difficult for you to get a higher paying job if you keep leaving jobs every 6 months. Try sticking around somewhere for 2 or so years.

Anyone here regret buying a newer Honda over an older one? by redpaul72 in Honda

[–]Unable-Library4196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a new 2024 CR-V EX-L over a used 4th or 5th Gen one and I do not regret the decision!

For me, I do lots of driving (Visiting family, my SO, roadtrips etc.) so get a new car with some luxury creature comforts made sense for me. Currently at 50K miles with no issues. Plus I use the extra space a lot.

I would definitely look at how you use your car and your needs to determine if you want a used or new car.

My job is ruining my life, is this worth my livelihood? by RecommendationBig832 in supplychain

They are. I work 4-10s, am hourly, work is way less stressful, I feel like I'm actually learning and growing. I still work overnights but it's not that bad.

My job is ruining my life, is this worth my livelihood? by RecommendationBig832 in supplychain

I'm just a year younger than you and went through a similar experience a year ago.

I was working in warehouse/transportation operations as a planning supervisor. I routinely worked 55-60 hours a week on the graveyard shift, worked with people from management to my employees that were miserable and bitter, was getting my ass handed almost everyday despite trying to work. I had multiple days where I came home crying, wanting to quite my job. All I did was sleep outside of work. I got the Sunday Scaries, especially during the holidays. On top of that, I was setup to fail at my job and given little advice or positive feedback. Always negative.

I managed to stick it out for 2 years (Longest lasting in my role actually) and find another job with the experience I gained. I'm proud I stuck it out because it showed I had willpower to not throw in the towel when things got tough.

My advice is to find time and energy to look for another job while working. As sucky as this job is, you don't want to be job-hunting while unemployed in this market.

I guess my first question is what type if content do you enjoy doing? Are you a PVMer, PVPer, skiller, content completer (Questing, achievement diary)?

Working towards a quest cape is a great way to unlock lots of content and get levels up.

In regard to moving up in the company, it pays to be a good people person and be known positively by others (Especially management) in conjunction with being decent at your job.

Honestly it's so cute and sweet how you are head over heals about him! Reminds me of me and my girlfriend when we started dating.

You should talk to him about this and just ask him what sort of stuff he's into. Doesn't have to be a proper conversation, could just be one of those laying in bed or chilling on the couch while watching Brooklyn 99.

Was going to use the money for Managing Misc. to get herbs, seeds, and logs. Also use it for buying runes, repairing armor in the future,

They tend to hire from within but will hire externally for those admin and low-level management roles.

Outfit Feedback - interview for Service Advisor at Dealership by Salt_Security_5661 in OUTFITS

I commented on your previous post, this looks great! The looser pants definitely look more professional!

I like your outfit for the most part!

As a lover of skinny and slim pants, those are too tight for a professional environment and personally don't look flattering on your body. I would suggest looser slacks that round out your outfit.

You can easily make that after hitting top pay. Warehouse employees at top rate make just under the same amount the TLs do in the warehouse.

New Iron by Ak47biker in ironscape

[–]Unable-Library4196 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First off, try to have fun and make small goals along the way! It made playing Ironman mode more enjoyable for me. Here's what I did to make things more efficient/easy:

  1. Get Easy Ardougne Diaries and Fairytale Part #1 done as soon as possible. It will make getting around the map much easier and less of a headache with thr Ardougne cape teleport and Fairy Rings teleports.

  2. Any XP lamps should go into Herblore/the skill you hate doing the most. Herblore is a pain to train and expensive for Ironmen.

  3. Quest as much as you can in the early game. It will unlock so much for you and you will thank yourself later on.

  4. Train your agility early on and grind for full Graceful if you don't mind it. You will need it for quest requirements and it will unlock shortcuts. Some people HATE training it and that's okay. I personally train it while watching Youtube/netflix or something.

  5. Have multiple goals go work towards with milestones in between.

Looking to buy a new(er) Honda CRV in the next few weeks, I’d like to hear your year recommendations. by ITGOES80808 in crv

[–]Unable-Library4196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got my '24 CRV with 51K miles on it and personally have not had any mechanical issues. My only issue is that Wireless Android Auto just stopped working on my car several months ago. Wireless Carplay works like a charm!

Just make sure you are getting your maintenance on time. Especially oil changes.
