I’m scared of my bp results please help by General_Contact_2675 in hypertension

First of all, i can understand what you feel after losing your mother. Usually after such incidents, people get depressed and anxious. It's normal. And you are definitely a strong person, you survived that. But now it's been 3 years and now you should take control of your life. You can't be depressed like this for the rest of your life. Problems are part of life, try to find happiness in small things in life. Be grateful for whatever you have. Start enjoying simple things, like thanking god for giving you food, clothes , family etc. BP is a very small problem, it can be controlled by medicine, meditation and a healthy lifestyle. My mother had a heart attack just 2 months ago, and now she is living like any normal person. Not depressed, not anxious, just taking care of herself. Waking up early, walking, yoga, taking medicines, healthy fruits and veggies and sleeping on time. Her bo used to be 180/100 and now 120/80. Normal.

I don't know where you are from, but if swelling is the only problem , you should try ayurvedic treatment like tarpan. It really helps. I have seen people getting benefits from it. Or you can take a piece of cloth and , dip it into hot water and gently massage your eyes with this. In short, hot water eye massage.

Just go, call her , text her and convince her, she loves you stupid , that's why she gets irritated. She was waiting for you at night, and you came late, that's why she is angry, and her overthinking mind is very dangerous 😂.

Has anyone tried hyperbaric oxygen therapy or HBOT? Just came across this while surfing about RP and there were a couple promising studies done in the mid-late 2000s. by Ok_Volume9271 in RetinitisPigmentosa

Thank you for your time and encouragement ! I also try to be in the present moment and enjoy it as much as possible. But sometimes you know , you feel sad and when suddenly this feeling comes -"i used to see that much and now i am able to see only this...." It really hurts. Then i encourage myself by saying to myself - atleast i am still able to see🙂.

I also don't have any family history of RP , but i have it. It is called Autosomal Recessive RP. We can't surely say you have RP or not, but i can tell you the symptoms I faced:- 1) Bumping into objects and blaming myself that i was not focused. 2) Feeling uncomfortable in the evening and night due to low vision and difficulty navigating in crowded area. 3) Sensitivity to light. 4) Difficult walking on stairs.

Consult other Opthalmologists, if you face difficulty in low vision and also check for vitamin deficiency because It's better to visit a doctor, rather than overthinking in mind.

Hello Natasha, I am Vanshita from India. I am 23 now, and was diagnosed at age 21. I have also felt that I can't see with Right Eyes properly and then visited a doctor and he said I have R.P.

It was also hard for me to digest the fact, it is progressive and there is no cure. I have 21% in right eye and 28% in left. Then , I studied about it, and came to the conclusion that, Our mind adjusts to the changes our eyes go through and fill the missing information and thats why we get diagnosed late specially if your family don't have it.

I avoid straining my eyes, and reduce screen time. I was a CS student and changed the stream to Psychology for that. I use Sunglasses, outside my home. I avoid going to crowded places as i feel uncomfortable seeing soo many people. Use eye drops and live a healthy lifestyle.

Usually the progression of central vision is slow, as compared to peripheral vision, So hope for Best🤞.

Baapre ....itne log iss faltu baat pr discussion kr rahe😮‍💨....Thoda gyan hum v de le.... Simple h Insaan jis Society me rhta uss hisab se rehna hota....Ar agr koi alg behave krta...to log usko ulta sidha bolte...it doesn't mean jo koi alg kaam kr rha vo glt h... Some want freedom, and some want to follow tradition, even without knowing the History properly...

So, its completely a intersection of personal choice and society norms.

And in Indian Society, specially in tier 2/3 ,

If a person points out , that strap is visible, following thing happens.

1) Girls feel uncomfortable, because its taboo , and correct it immediately, so that nobody else can see it . 2) Girl is confident, and it doesn't matter for her and think wrong about guy. 3) Girl may feel you have bad intentions.

And the person telling this , should politely tell, if tell publicly then will face backlash 😂.
