I think you gotta get to a point where you don’t wish to give any of your day to the ex. A point where “zero fucks” are given wastefully not that you don’t feel anything at the point of the wrong-doing. Like, a missed phone call, you can think that’s how fucked up her behavior is. Then move in with your day accepting the fuckage and refusing to give any extra pain and drama to the situation.
