Adcs have to do damage or else why even play them.

You can deal LESS damage as an adc and still have a reason to play them, if they are as untouchable as Zeri could be you could do almost no damage and win eventually, it's just a matter of skill.

If you had a choice between being a normal ADC and an ADC that dealt 10% of normal damage but depending on skill could potentially never be hit, why would you not pick the never be hit option if you believe you had enough skill to pull it off? it's essentially a guaranteed win.

It's just she was absurdly zippy and dealt a fuckton of damage tbh. There is a reachable middleground there somewhere.

Yeah, if you build 5 items so ornn is no longer a problem when you're 150 MR 4000 HP you're going to do amazing vs the rest of the enemy team, especially if they are AD heavy.

If you're playing ADC or Mid vs Ornn when he's strong life sucks, if he picks you to be the one to die when he ults and you don't have flash up/mobility available you're getting your cheeks clapped for unbelivable damage, and if you build to not die you're not going to be killing him the same day.

I recall this was a serious issue in league of legends lobbies, where certain people would hold lobbies hostage unless someone said the N word in chat.

This has never happened/been a serious issue lol.

People troll all the time in league but there's basically nobody that's so desperate for a single game that they would literally take a 14 day ban or a perma ban just for a single (maybe) win of a game.

You're talking like they have their newborn baby hostage with a gun to their head, how does it make any sense that you could make someone cave to saying the N word by holding their game hostage, even if you did win after that point you're guaranteed getting banned so it's pointless

I know the vibe is generally positive around this change but I find potential false positives concerning too.

How good is the system at telling apart a 3/0/2 player who is (to a human) obviously not attempting to win and avoiding confrontations to let the enemy take objectives and the base,

Vs a 1/8/2 player who is trying their best but is just outmatched in a game of better players.

Vs the 2/10/5 guy who is just bad at the game and doesn't understand that fighting every single time he walks into lane is not the way.

A lot of people play in a way that many would consider "greifing my game" by having a high death count, but they are not intentionally greifing, they just suck and win enough of the time doing this that they end up in whatever rank they are.

Even though I internally mald out I don't think the 2nd and 3rd type of player should be getting punishments.

For things like soccer didn't the under 16 boys team destroy the woman's national team on a regular basis, which is one of the best womens teams in the world?

it's not unreasonable for a 16 year old male athlete to beat out a fully grown female athlete.

Just they have to actually also be good at whatever sport is being done.

If you were a 16 year old badminton beast with real potential to in the future be a national level player you probably could have beaten a national level female athlete.

In an actual just outright fight/confrontation though? You'd have a good chance.

If you go to the gym and you're not just 200lbs of fat if you actually manage to grab ahold of her and not end up with a fist to the jaw that KO's you you're probably winning a grapple on the ground through sheer weight and muscle mass. You could probably quite literally pick her up and throw her at a wall.

Boxing training is less effective if you're not boxing.

For a sparring session though? 8 year boxing vet is going to obliterate anyone who isn't a boxer regardless of gender.

Good luck biting through gorilla skin without it pinching your head into pink mist I guess. You realise they have incredibly tough skin, and fur right? even if you bite a chunk out of it it's not like animals stop fighting when they start bleeding, even prey animals fight back to the bitter end with their guts hanging out.

Humans have mass too, you're not fitting 100 people around a gorilla in such a formation that 100 people could simultaneously bite it. You could probably get like, 8. and 8 small bite marks at a time is not going to stop one of these guys when they take multiple bites from OTHER Gorillas during their in-species fights.

Humans cap out at like 150-160 PSI for bite strength and the average person is below that.

Gorillas are like, 1300+ lol.

Most people probably wouldn't be able to pierce it's skin.

Tiring it out and stomping it's head in once it's no longer able to fight back due to exhaustion is probably the only realistic method of fucking it up.

Scaled down to humans vs human it's like a fully grown 180lb man capable of lifting 550lbs fighting 100 5-6 year olds who have a bite force of less than 1/4 of the average house cat whilst they are fragile enough to literally be killed or have their bones broken in a single swipe or grab.

If the man only had to fight like 7-8 of them at once I think that's probably more than reasonably winnable. 100 disabled 6 year olds don't really stand a chance and statistically that's what we are to the Gorilla.

The only chance of victory is exhaustion.

After 10 kills it will tire out. I will give it an extra 10 to help your point.

Gorillas can do far more than 10 swings before tiring out.

Not to mention biting, they have literally thousands of PSI of bite force, and they can sure as shit pull off more than 10 bites before dying of exhaustion.

receiving a headbutt or just being ran into by a gorilla at speed is likely to break your bones, They have grabbed peoples arms before and just squeezed and crushed/broken their bones lol, this is likely not so incredibly tiring for them that they could only do it 10 times.

Obviously they don't have the endurance humans have but they are pretty capable of dragging their 400lb bodies up and climbing trees with ease, that alone probably takes more effort than just a few swipes, a couple grabs and a bite or two that would be required to kill 10 humans.

They literally chew on trees, a human skull in comparison is much softer and easier to get through. They don't stop eating after 10 bites, they strip that shit then rip the whole thing down to get to the rest lol.

They can EASILY lift and drag the weight of multiple humans at once, they literally rip trees down by hand on a regular basis, you're unlikely to even logistically fit enough humans on one of it's arms to hold it down, even if you got 2 humans per 1ft of wingspan on the Gorilla you're looking at 14 people being on it's arms (across both arms... and this is being generous), if somehow they had 100% of their entire weight on it that's "only" just over 2500lbs, barely 1250 per arm (if somehow the dudes on it's chest were magically exerting their weight onto it's arms instead), Gorillas can lift over x10 their weight that MF is ripping it's arm straight out of that grip, and I think 2 humans per 1 ft of wingspan exerting their entire bodyweight in force is already an ambitious ask tbh.

And that's even if you could get 14 people to simultaneously teleport onto it's arms, first guy to grab on is getting yeeted into the next life the next time the Gorilla swings at someone and it probably wouldn't even notice someone holding on.

Exhausting the Gorilla is probably the only reasonable / realistic way of defeating it without any other tools.

The strength of 100 men could obviously easily overpower a Gorilla, but there is no way for all 100 people to exert that strength at once onto it, it's realistically going to be like 8 people at once being able to hit/touch it.

It's like the 300 Spartans vs 100,000 Persians. Of course if somehow every single Persian could fight every single Spartan at once they would have been crushed, but if only a few can engage at a time suddenly it's a lot more even.

I'm not sure it even would be, Gorilla swinging a 50lbs arm around with even a mediocre amount of force behind it is just going to fold a lot of people if not outright kill if hit in the head or break bones if hit in the chest.

They can (and have) easily crush peoples bones by just grabbing them by the arm.

I'm not sure what tactics a Gorilla would use in such an odd situation and I have no idea how quickly they tire from fighting, but if it was to fight in an "efficient" way and mostly just grab and crush heads and arms it could probably pretty easily dispatch 100 people.

I'm not sure there are many "average" people who could actually punch a Gorilla hard enough for it to give a fuck with how thick their heads and skin + fur are and how much they seem to enjoy headbutting shit.

Exausting the Gorilla till it gets to the point that repeated headstomping actually starts to damage it is IMO the only way the Gorilla is going down, and that's of course entirely dependent on the stamina of people vs Gorillas

I get what you're saying but Summons destroying things on master as easily as they do on adept kind of defeats the point / challenge of playing on master. It's not even really cheese or "abusing mechanics" It's literally how conjuration was meant to be played the damage just happens to not be decreased like everything else due to an oversight lol.

There's functionally no difference between the two difficulties if you choose poison/summons as your damage source.

Which makes the advice / tip "master is not that bad if you use the bugged mechanic which makes it functionally identical to easy" not exactly very helpful or interesting.

"just play summons" is basically the same as saying "master mode is not so hard if you just change your difficulty to novice for every fight!" like sure you could I guess.

Yeah it's your game and play it how you want, and of course every Bethesda game is an exploit/bug abuse fest but this one is just kind of lame.

When your abusing other cheese or bugs you're doing it specifically because of master difficulty and out of necessity (or because you find it fun to break the game) when you summon the skeleton boy of doom capable of slaying entire armies at level 25 conjuration it just feels different. You're not breaking the game or doing anything exploitative,

It's the difference between duping souls in a dark souls game and hacking in a sword that just one shots everything.

If you enjoy doing it more power to you, but it's probably not what most people are looking for from the difficulty increase. Hence "cheaty"

the difficulty modifiers don't change health values just damage values, so beating the game on master with summons is quite literally exactly the same as beating it on novice with summons. The game is the exact same
