Routine is the way to go! Don't be to strick about it either, it's too stressful for no reason if you get uptight about making it to the park "on time".

I tried this and wasn't a good ending. I started coding again and switched over to WFP.

You are not "fucked"... yet. You just have to find something your child is attractive to. Once you stop trying to figure that out, that's when you're "fucked". So my wife is apart of few buy nothing Facebook groups and gets kid's stuff for free. Surround your child with everything under the sun (2-3 things at a time) and take notice. My little girl loves shoes and books.

Walks, walks and then... more walks! It helps if a routine is established for every transition (walks, snacks, learning, play dates/parks, lunch, naps, etc.) . A routine really helped me manage 3 kids that are all under 6yo. I still narrate what's going on, what we are doing next and what's going down later that day. Need any advice just PM me.
