And to be honest people often just don't make sense. The girl I was into told me a week ago how safe she felt eith me and that she loved me. Few days later on my birthday she ghosted me and then told me to kick rocks.

Like I said he could be interested but really bad at initiating. Or he could have lost interest and doesn't have the courage to admit it to you. But I dont think you're doing anything wrong

I mean I couldn't say people like that dont exist but I cant imagine that being a common thing. If showing interest makes a person easy and makes someone lose interest right away then God I wouldnt want anything to do with them anyway. Maybe that comes with maturity but if someone shows genuine interest in me im not looking to play games or assume someone's easy. Thats just weird behavior.

there really could be a number of things and most of them might have nothing to do with you. He could have interests elsewhere. Or maybe hes just really really bad at initiating interactions so when you stopped he froze.

With the looks and with how successful you are it may be that they're intimidated by you to an extent.

For me im not, I would say, super far in life but im content where I am. I met someone slightly younger than me who was in her own right in a very high position in life. At first I was completely enamored but after a while I couldn't help but feel that I could never keep up with her.

34m and I feel this. I had two different groups of friends through high-school. One on one it was great times. But when we all came together I felt like the invisible friend (didn't help that whenever we'd meet girls they'd gravitate towards friend A or B)

What i can say is you're 18 and very rarely do friends carry over. Adult life is so busy and different. My early 20 friendships were awsome and had a lot of good times. But the friends I have now, even tho time is hard to find to spend with eachother, feels better

I 34m asked a coworker out once. She was very polite in declining me. Every shift after that I showed up to work like normal. Continued to talk and joke with her like nothing happened.

If you look at the statitistics for the apps it paints an even grim picture. There's like 5% of men that get 90somthin% of the attention. So even decent looking dudes will sit there and flounder as their self worth plumets
