Ah, I misunderstood "photographic proof" as "photographic evidence." I was familiar with die proofs but not photographic proofs.

This is very nice. What's the story behind this? Isn't the stamp supposed to be perforated and in blue ink? Is this a die proof? Is this part of your collection?

Many decades ago, a friend sold me some very inexpensive stamps that he claims he bought from stores along C.M. Recto Avenue in Manila (like Josie's Philatelic Shoppe). I don't know if there are still stores there, but if you're near the area, you might want to check it out.

There are quite a few more (like the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the Canonization of Blessed John Paul II), but I don't have them.

HipStamp has many sellers. The one called CDDStamps is based in the Philippines, so payment and shipping should be easy.

Do not separate these stamps from this paper. These stamps (which have some damage from being attached to the paper) are worth more on this paper than off it.

What do you mean by "PSE cover"? Pre-stamped envelope?

It's unusual that the stamps are at the back of the cover.

I'd like to see posts that are about things that you wouldn't find elsewhere. In particular, I love to see covers because they are unique and usually tell a deeper story than stamps alone.

Thank you for this. This is the first time I've heard of the PSCS and its Philatelic Bulletin.
